ENH – Medical Office Building - 2003

The prairie-style building establishes a high quality image in the new community to attract new patients from the market area, while reflecting a horizontal image in order to not block the existing large scale retail element beyond. The building is a single story, non-ambulatory medical office building with partial basement. The 10,500 square foot first floor space contains internal medicine and pediatrics practices flanking a centrally located reception and administration space. Responsibilities included site design, space planning, and overall architectural design of this facility.
