Brightstar - 2017

COR Consulting, LLC provided complete Project Management Services in connection with the relocation of Brightstar’s headquarters to Innovation Park in Libertyville, Illinois. Brightstar was in the due-diligence phase when COR was engaged to oversee the complete relocation from architectural design phase, through full occupancy, including furniture vendor procurement services. 

Brightstar signed an 8-year term lease encompassing three suites within the recently renovated former Motorola campus. The fast track project started in September 2017 with occupancy in April 2018. Final Anticipated Cost: $5.1 Million. Approximately $900k under budget due to value engineering measures executed throughout the entire deployment lifecycle.
